You heard it wrong, he said no one without an evolved soul has a scorpio rising. Which means only evolved souls have scorpio rising, because " its the hardest rising of all" best wishes from a fellow scorpio rising

So according the the true zodiac sign calculator I'm a Cancer sun, Virgo moon and Scorpio ascendant. My birthday is 8/11/94. But I have never resonated with Leo and all of this just really clicks. And to mention I'm on the spectrum. I feel a lot of my traits tie in to the personality of ♋ sun ♏ ascendant.

that was a good video. My friend has Cancer and Scorpio Rising. I just wanted to add something that is unrelated but you probably should know anyway. You're pronouncing Gloucester Massachusetts completely wrong. I live there and it's funny to hear how people from out of state will pronounce it. Surprising because it's a relatively famous town but none the less people pronounce it wrong anyway. It's pronounced GLOSTER.
