Honestly super excited to see your next Japan vlog! It’s very down to earth and not inflated (unlike lifestyle vloggers) and I love it a lot! Really helps with my planning for my trip too! Thanks a lot :D
Thanks so much, that's exactly what we were aiming for 😊 Can't wait to go back to Japan!! Have lots of fun there and so glad our videos have helped you out with your trip!
Oh I am so glad I found you guys! Me and my husband are both content creators based in London! You got some amazing shots and visuals filmed. I am SO surprised you need cash in Japan.... also how long did you stay?
Hello! ☺️👋🏻 thanks so much! Yeah, definitely get some cash, especially for traditional places and street food vendors! We stayed for 11 days. Are you planning a trip there soon?
For the jetlag issue, we used an app called Timeshifter. We followed the plan that had us shifting our exposure to light and sleep/wake schedules two days prior to leaving for Japan which is 19 hours ahead of us. We experienced NO jet lag! I was amazed and super happy. On the way home, we skipped the advice and paid for it with almost two days of adjustment when we got home. Next time, we'll follow the Timeshifter advice for both coming and going.
Wow, didn't know that existed! Will probably try to use it next time we travel to a place with a very different time zone than the one we're used to! Great idea. Thanks for sharing ☺️
Love your videos and tips. You are so right about being overwhelmed visiting/planning for Japan. We are seasoned travellers, yearly 3 weeks trips to Europe, America for the past 10 years but are so hesitant to visit Japan in spite it being just an 7 hour flight vs. 19 hrs to Europe! All the info available and train travel is overwhelming. We are finally planning to go this Autumn but omg, the JR pass increase is huge though! Anyway, thanks for your great videos
Thank you! ☺️ We completely understand - it's so difficult to plan a trip to Japan! Autumn is such a beautiful time of the year to visit 😍 But yes, the JR Pass increase will make things extra difficult for a lot of people. Check if you really need one beforehand! Good luck and hope our videos help you plan it ☺️ let us know if you end up going to any of the places we went to and what you thought!
Ah, amazing! 22 days is a dream! Yeah, we have a whole Japan series. You can check it out! Obviously, you'll have way more time than we did to do certain things so that's even better ☺️
ugh, we are going for 2 weeks in September, 7 days Tokyo, 7 Osaka ( with two day trips to Kyoto, one to Hiroshima, Nara, Universal Studio) Hope we won't get lost too much 😅 Quick question, were google reviews handy for picking restaurants or we should research in advance? How hard is to find a table in general?
That's a packed itinerary! Hope you have a great time 😊 (we're sure you will) Absolutely not! One thing you'll notice about restaurants in Japan is that most of them will have terrible reviews or just 3 stars but trust us when we say that most of the time the food at those restaurants is outstanding. I think Japanese people are very demanding with their food haha Definitely research in advance. Watch videos, check some blog posts about restaurants, etc. Or just follow the smells. That's what we did most of the time! We didn't find it difficult to get a table at any restaurant we went to so hopefully you won't have any issues either.
You are so beautiful. All the best to you. I wish I can travel to all the places I want to visit and go out everyday to new places. It would mean the world to me and make me so happy to travel all the time. I am 26, stuck in my parents almost the whole day. I go to therapy twice a week, so depressing. Wish life wasn’t this way. I would be so happy to travel all the time. I hope I do soon. I wish you a life full of positivity, peace, and joy. I hope you wish all the same for me :)
Thank you for your sweet message! We wish you all the best too and that you get to travel a lot in the future. Take care of yourself and try to find joy in the little things in life 💖
A super useful video for anyone planning to travel to Japan! It’s a shame that JR pass prices will be changing but seems like a useful thing to get - thanks for pointing that out!

I'm heading for Japen for 22 days. Soynds like your itinerary could work for me. Do you have a vid that sets that out?

Actually, Tokyo's transportation network is difficult even for Japanese people🤣
I can imagine it is! 😅

Awesome tips for any traveler to Japan! The JR pass is amazing but we can’t believe how expensive it will get soon 😮
Thank you! ❤️ Yes, we're not happy about that either 😠
