Iske 2 wajah hai 1 st Kyu ki Arabic logo ko skin ke saath paka hua grilled chicken bahut jyada Pasand hai iska Karan e hai ki jab ham skin ke saath chicken ko grilled karte hai to chicken dry nahi hoti hai Kyu ki skin me Jo fat rahta hai uski wajah se chicken soft rahta hai nahi to itna slowly grilled karne se chicken dry ho jata hai Jo khane me Arabic logo ko achha nahi lagta hai
2nd Arabic logo ko jyada masale khane ka aadat nahi hota hai jiski wajah se jab ham skin ke saath chicken ko grilled karte hai to wo log chicken khate wakt us skin ko nikaalte hai jisse usme jyada masale nahi hote or chicken dry v nahi rahta e do Karan hai jiski wajah se hamlog Bina skin nikaal ke use grilled karte hai
