Atleast minimum 300 to 500₹ difference is there compared to WB price
Its almost double. Delhi, Goa and WB prices are better. The price went up during covid and it never came down.

Under 2k my choices would be as per West Bengal prices in no particular order
Dewar's White Label, J&B rare, Black and White, 100 Pipers, Black Dog, Teacher's, William Lawson's, Jim Beam (I know it's a bourbon and not a scotch).
These are the very best under 2k. There are some like Red Label, Ballentines, Vat 69 that are just okay for the price.
Jameson Irish whiskey is also very great

Dada I personally feel 100 Pipers is only good for casual drinking, because of its non-complex nature.
