    Go to confidence booster:
    Before work each day, I take 30 minutes to meditate on the previous day and stoic teachings, zero in on the tasks at hand and remind myself that I absolutely destroy any goal I set my mind to. I envision the end state of success and focus on the high those moments give me.
    I also have to remind myself people love me. I am so self-critical that I often find my mind slipping into talk about how I need to step it up and stop disappointing others. I am fully aware this voice is wrong, it just needs daily shutting up.
