I’m not that crazy that he didn’t have lawncare/landscaping exp. however as a cashier let’s see what he has. He can be trusted with $, a cashier will know how to finish the day with the register & MOST importantly he has that last communication with the customer. Which a lot of people forget about. All that & results is what matters. At least to us it does. T made the right decision

This may work in California, but here in Michigan, you are not going to find landscaping jobs that cost as much as what is out west, these people here do not have that kind of disposable income to spend a 100K or even 50K on landscaping. The most you could expect to get to is maybe 25-30K at best.

Hey T , Before i say what I’m about to say i like to say that I admire you very much Bro. And the reason why i do is because how you started your Business with $145 profit and Now you’re making Millions. And i started back in 2004 basically the same way as you did but way before you , I had a F250 pick up truck , bought a compacter some hand tools and rented everything else, looked for someone who knew the brick paver business , which wasn’t name Carlos by the way, his name was Felipe a Mexican kid which I learned a lot from it. It’s a very long story, end up quitting everything back in 2007 , i was doing very well , but unfortunately i had some family issues and gave up on everything. Today I’m watching your videos and saving some money to start All over again. But this time i like to start with a Pick up truck , dump Trailer and rent a kid steer till i can purchase a Cat 270D. Jejahjehjah. But never mind my introduction, i just like to mention something, which please don’t get me wrong, i know it’s your $$$ and you manage how ever suits you.But instead of giving away equipment to people online why won’t you give it to some of the Hard working Humble Guys that helps you making all this $$$? Just Saying… i mean keep doing what you do for your subscribers but watch out more for those who makes grow more and more on the Daily basis…Like i said , please don’t miss understand me.

I'm kind of annoyed by the fact that 30% of the time we had to fix other subcontractor's work and we get paid a salary wage. I don't want to complain but how are you a friend of 20+ years and pay some random dude triple the amount of money while we're working our asses off to make sure the company profits? In the 2 years that I work for this company, I've worked hundreds of sundays (7days/week) and has never gotten a bonus or an offer to pay for the sunday's food. And he regularly visits us during lunch hour to eat our food.

Quite mowing lawns, I don’t think this man realizes just how much money that I’ve mad myself boss in a day mowing yards. I also work for a guy building fence and I’ve made my boss Doug that 4K a day without him being there, that was a 15 hour day at 150 dollars. I know it’s only 10 a hour but I don’t believe that anyone should pay a 17 year old teenager above 10 a hour, maybe 12, but not anything over that. Know when I get out of high school and have more responsibility than just putting fuel in my truck than ya, 25 to 35 an hour at a shorter hour job sounds great. But you cannot just start out with a easy job in life, I believe you have to work somewhere where you appropriate your dollar so that in the future when you get a better per hour job and less hours a week that you appreciate the money you have.

Lawn service isn't bad, you can definitely make good money, but you would make more money in construction

Pay them well and keep them in work . Very simple ! You be cheap and treat people like they are only worth $12 an hour you will get a $12 an hour worker .

How much do you know about asphalt? Consider starting a business on your own? But agreed 18$ am hour after 3 years is complete bullshit
