Chef John, you are the unicorn 🦄 chef that never leaves us bereft.
As a born and raised Sicilian I can tell you I've never heard of sausage rolls. But they look delicious.

I AM indeed the RuPaul of making that call! ❤ I'll keep that in my back pocket to use as needed in the future. Likely will save me time making decisions like this with new recipes.
I have a pretty good feel for what'll work or not, but lose my confidence and fear I'll have to sashay away if it fails.
These would freeze well and be a great air fryer meal.
You are the Massimo Ambrosini of your sausage Tomasini.
i read that in chef john's voice
These look amazing. Perfect for breakfast on the go
Love this idea! We do something similar, but in a casserole dish
Oh my goodness, these look heavenly 🥰
I made broccoli cheese for mine (vegetarian family members). It was delightful. Had leftovers with eggs - instead of toast.
These were delicious for Christmas this year.
If I want to add onions before hitting the oven, should they be grilled or raw?
Love making these!
Why is “the center” of the oven actually the top third? I don’t get it. It always looks that way no matter the video.
Green Onion?! Yecccch!
Did you know that there is a guy in Brazil who impersonate your voice?
Really? 😂 Is he an comedian, chef or....? It's a great choice if he's good at it. ❤

400° for 45 minutes??? Dude, you burned it!
15 minutes would probably suffice 😊
Maybe, if the sausage was cooked first
Thankfully not Celsius ; )
They turned out perfectly for Christmas. I was hopeful, but still surprised at how good they were! I’ll be making them again. They most definitely were not burned, but it all depends on the true temp of your oven, and as mine runs hot, I did take them out about five minutes early.
