Great job, looks good, i'm sure it sounded great too. I love to see stacked subs personally. The thing that caught my attention the most was your dj table that you made using horizontal bars between your vertical light trusses. I haven't seen that before. But i guess it works just fine. Interesting.
Thank you, I aswell like the stacked subwoofers. Check out my other shorts i have more videos with stacked KS118. Im going for my 4th one soon. Id like to upgrade my tops. I appreciate the comment on my booth. I use if because i can place my moving heads on each side and place my Pioneer DDJ-SRT100 and Sound Board on the bars. I always try my best to hide the cables i use velcro ties to tie them along the horizontal bars or truss.
Cardioid it done close to wall, and takes up more space. This setup he has here will hit the chest, but the out put will be low. It is better to place both subs on the floor touching together (you will gain + 2db - + 3db).
because the manual saids I can, and the space the venue left me was tough. The subs were placed directly in front of the dance floor, which is whay you want. I got tons of good feedback and even i was impressed when i did a sound check
why not? looks good to me. You get extra bass since you are coupling subs by way of stacking, and if you stack your 3rd top speaker on top of the subs that means you can spare one less tri-pod the finished set up. And you even save a bit of floor space at venues this way.
I would not had put those subs on that spot. It doest look presentable been there, also behind the top speakers those people there only hear echo . I would had set up different and also tbh one sub would had been more than enough in a corner
its direct of the dance floor which is what you want in a corner you wouldnt even been able to ehar the bass just lots of muddynes. Trust me i know what im doing and about speaker placement
@@Gonzalez33veracruz lower bass frequencies are more omnidirectional and higher bass frequencies will be more direct. That is why most djs stack their subs or even prefer 15 inch subs. I in the other hand run a live band and I usually run lower bass 60 hertz on the bass which moves alot of air and reaches further. I actually play in a venue same size of what you have there on that video. I acually had to put my sub at -3 decibles volume. I was across the other side and the bass was felt great. I also cut the frequency at 80 hertz and use 15 tops so yoy have bass coming also from your tops and deliver everywhere. The reason I said one subs had been more than enough is because you are in a close place, you have nothing but pure floor and walls which means if you would had use just a 12 subwoofer and had put it close to a corner or a wall you would be getting so much bass out of then . But honestly an 18 inch sub is able to blass bass everywhere in those close places with bate floor.but anyways I'm not going to seat here and go back and fort sence I know I'm right and correct. I'm just trying to keep it as simple as I can and I'm. Trying to be as simple as I can. But yes remember always before setting up where r u staying up and also shout out and sing something and find the better spot when you get to the place and you will and find th nest spots for your set up. Take a note also that no matter what brand you ha e if you don't have the right set up and the right mix of you r cp sole you will not have that gr r at sound. Anyways pls feel free to ask me any question and I will be happy to answer then with no worries. Have a great day and remember have a great tha kgiving
spoiling them with stage sound ! 🎉🎉

not my type of speaker placement but to each it’s own not only do your setup needs to sound good it needs to look good to

I stack my subs in between my tops. Sounds much better.
ya, seriously, pole mount the two tops, one on each sub...so many trip hazards.
@SomeGuysGarage that's the worst way to do it, sounds terrible compared to this

Bajo o base de dj o base de que
