My Experience with a Korean Realtor (부동산) in Seoul - ThisMinah

Finding a place to rent in Seou, South Korea can be a bit of a challenge when you're coming here as a foreigner in the middle of a pandemic. I was lucky enough to have a korean friend to help me with the process, so we went the local route with a local realtor, and I just wanted to tell you about it :)
Keep in mind that this is just one experience with one realtor. Other realtor's offices might give you a slightly different experience, but I think the one I'm talking about is a pretty standard one.
My realtor is based in the Sinchon area, close to schools like Yonsei University, Ewha University and Sogang. The area is young and fun, and there's A LOT of foreigners here compared to lots of other areas in Seoul. If you're coming here as a student, I highly recommend it ^^
