    Having struggled at nationals numerous times, I can definitely understand forward roll being much more forgiving than sidebroll on what they put out. Side roll at nationals is a killer.

    What can I do to be more consistent on my ball speed? I am always between 14 and 16.5 mph.

      @@TajirisBallReviews Yes, there's a difference between faster movement and rushing to the line. Some people don't get that your legs control your timing for everything up to your release, including your swing speed.
