I've been in there a few times and the guys in there are hostile and size people up. I don't know how I got in the category but did fine myself but I was scared of them sensing the hostility every time so I stopped going in there. I know they have so many shoplifters and can tell who probably isn't spending much. They sell a lot of beer in there, so I don't feel sorry for them. They are used to addicted alcoholics that spend a lot. I was told by an addict about $60/day buying one beer after another. Addicts all know how to act better so they don't make the guys wanna hit them. It's also a male hitting a female which is odd.

I know they have social needs but what they are doing is losing that to drugs/liquor/sex lives and rejection from society over their addictions to drugs/liquor/sex or prostitution. When they see a place to wall off and sleep, drink or smoke some more meth, or inject heroin, nurse on a liquor bottle, they will use it. So why is Daisy trying to trick the police with a focus on social needs when it's get another fix and another fix needs vs pay the rent and stay straight? I have no doubts that they all, at one time had a place to stay, but drugs and sex took over their lives, then comes job loss, and the people that were fed up with them threw them out, or their own drug and sex people got them evicted for maintaining a party place with rotten, sneaky people coming and going to the party place. They all thought they were going to get away with it. Nobody that works, feels like putting up with their entourages of their sneaky associates looking for the drug connections, or ran out of money for a heroin fix. If they go out to work someone sneaks in and uses the place for drugs or sex and robs them or their neighbors.
Idk, there’s pretty strong evidence convicting him, and even if the DA decides not to pursue the act, she can still go after him civilly and she would get paid, despite a minor injury she can get damages for pain and suffering and she can also get punitive damages since it was an intentional act. You don’t go around hitting people with an umbrella for no reason just because their card got declined.

Even if she did, you still have to use proportional force to stop the threat. She was retreating from the store, she was not attacking the cashier. The cashier chased her out. The woman was supposedly concerned about the welfare of the baby but she spewed a lot of f**ks in front of that baby so apparently she isn’t a good role model for that baby. Yes, she had a bruise on her arm but I doubt it will lead to limited use of her arm. It seemed to me she wanted to escalate the situation further and nothing good would have come from that.
So the cops take over an hour in hopes the young woman will forget about it and walk away. No paperwork, no arrest and they do the minimal amount of work. The police are conditioned to not make these arrests because they know the district attorney's office will never prosecute. If the woman is smart, she'll get an attorney and sue the store owner and cashier, if not the same people. As soon as the insurance company, if the store has insurance, watches this video and sees his apology, they'll make an offer. The day the insurance company writes the check, the store policy will be cancelled. Her payoff will be pennies compared to the store owner's future insurance rates, if the owner can find a company to insure the store. If the cashier is not the store owner, he'll have civil liability also. There will be future justice. Too bad we won't be able to follow it.

There was no reason for him to hit her. Especially if you look in the description it said that she did not throw anything beforehand. Other witnesses state that she didn’t throw anything beforehand. Even if she did, you still have to use proportional force to stop the threat. She was retreating from the store, she was not attacking the cashier. The cashier chased her out. It’s an open and shut case.

The woman was supposedly concerned about the welfare of the baby but she spewed a lot of f**ks in front of that baby so apparently she isn’t a good role model for that baby. Yes, she had a bruise on her arm but I doubt it will lead to limited use of her arm. It seemed to me she wanted to escalate the situation further and nothing good would have come from that.

So the cops take over an hour in hopes the young woman will forget about it and walk away. No paperwork, no arrest and they do the minimal amount of work. The police are conditioned to not make these arrests because they know the district attorney's office will never prosecute. If the woman is smart, she'll get an attorney and sue the store owner and cashier, if not the same people. As soon as the insurance company, if the store has insurance, watches this video and sees his apology, they'll make an offer. The day the insurance company writes the check, the store policy will be cancelled. Her payoff will be pennies compared to the store owner's future insurance rates, if the owner can find a company to insure the store. If the cashier is not the store owner, he'll have civil liability also. There will be future justice. Too bad we won't be able to follow it.
