SPAM protection is necessary to protect your emails from Internet. And the email-flow routing will change depends on which SPAM protection you have deployed in your organization.

Great explanation. But I have a question How can I send an email to be lined in the first 10 raws out of 200 emails that has been sent with in 2- 5 minutes? It is for embassy interview appointment purpose
Thank you for your comment. Which email application are you using. As far as I know the email will get release or send out depends on recipients email address, type & size of email. If there are more email filtering services are present it will proceed according, but not sure if we can release emails as per our requirement.
