First, I want to thank everyone who took part in making my family and I feel like literal kings and queens! Getting to walk out onto the field, witness the cheerleaders and players warm up, watch the game from one of the field level tunnels, and to be given our very own private green room with complimentary food and drinks was actually the coolest thing ever! To also be given this opportunity has had me feeling beyond grateful and lucky. I know everyone is going to ask how this whole thing went and to be honest it truly can be summed up to “a dream come true.” I also felt this feeling of joy, that I don’t even know how to explain, that I had during my performance. It was as if as soon as I started singing, my nerves turned into “this is it, this is what I’ve been dreaming about” and all I could feel was the music and the moment. // @haileyjamesmusic on Instagram
