Using YT chapters for setlists is easily the best use of it I've seen yet. Loving this set so far and I'm looking forward to hearing what you do with your label :D
This is what the stale, conservative, dominating minimal techno scene needs in my town (Stockholm), refreshment. More breaks and subtle electro influences. Bravo!
Fair call. What I’d love to see is a real envelope pushing. Like watch the shit bend if you know what I mean? Yeah cool, steer away from the d-beat and shuffle/amen break, but for me this is taking a step back and maybe focusing that awesome creativity on refining that attack bass or mid screech. It’s basic. But also, this is just my opinion. Billain is a great example of not exceeding the dnb limit and pushing it. Ruby my dear also. Culprate too. But why not add a whole musical section in? Tell a story. Make me feel and think. What’s the parameter to vibrations that know none? Or, why refrain and restrict? Channel that inner Thys even. Write a jazz section in 7/8 or 5/4 or even 9/5, why not? Or have some hectic electronically written ‘metal’ with synths break down or climax into a halftime wob? Not impossible. Because there is no boundary pushing (IMO). And this style caters to a wider audience. But hell, I’d still dance for sure.
@@juggernautproduktion Oh I just noticed you did mention Billain, do you like Current Value? I think he's my fav electronic artist currently, man makes insane stuff
Right? I wish people would mature their style. Not follow what seems to be more trendy and what you hear on the radio. Sure the disco house vibe that trained from the 70s to the 80s is hot again, but its always been hot as the generic staple styles. I was half expecting him to mature into some midtempo jive, maybe collab with tsuruda, copycatt and or mefjus, people that push the envelope. I appreciate you for agreeing.
@@standerksennl Is it out of enjoyment? Everyone seems to be delving into crypto and house music because of FOMO. And also its trendy to make money. Wouldn't you agree stan?

This bold new direction he's take is refreshing and I'm glad he did it

@@juggernautproduktion Once the envelope gets pushed real far, it becomes unappealing to listen to (Looking at Former)

Is your label a generic house one? I was expecting halftime and dnb lol. This is like my favorite dnb artist kanye west.

How about letting people just do what they enjoy? :)

If you think this is generic house then you're actually clueless dude haha!
