Being able to hop out of a truck and into pretty much a full camp on the ice is so awesome! Meanwhile my favorite lakes have yet to freeze, I don't think I've ever been this jealous! Lol

Just to make it easier with a fillet knife and cutting peppers, turn the peppers over an cut soft side up an it slices like butter 😊, love the way you do all these awesome recipes , we are moving to Minnesota in April, so I'm goin ice fishing next winter! Can't freaking wait!! Enjoy!!
