    can you eleborate re: "santa paula tells us what is happening with Ventura County"

      What I noticed was that Santa Paula was the first city that was impacted by the rising interest rates, in Ventura County. It also looks to have been the first city that started to recover. New builders also were the first to start to build homes in this community when they saw the recovery happening (New homes being built in the Harvest Community). We saw that the other cities were following the trend of Santa Paula 3-6 months later. While it is not a crystal ball it is worth watching the market in Santa Paula. I hope this answers your question.
