1tsp Chicken powder
1/4tsp Black peppercorn
1tsp Sugar
1tsp Fish sauce
2tbsp Dry shrimp paste/Belacan
1tbsp Water
120g Self raising flour
75g Potato starch
1tsp Baking powder
1no Whole egg
150ml Sparkling water

I think the purpose of sparkling water helps to make the chicken wings crispy after frying :)
