People have alot of bills already and land is a big long term investment so we need lower payments. I'm talking about 100 per month. Even 50 per month 25 per month. And then you would be selling everything soon as you post it. That's what I'm looking for. 50 down payment, 50 per month. No one bites off more then they can't swallow. Ya dig?
