One of my issues with Tiki as a broadcaster(particularly on radio) is that when a guy like Benigno "calls you out" like that, it's imperative as a performer to respond back, that conflict makes for great radio. The lack of aggression on the mic in that moment encapsulates why people dislike Tiki on radio, and it shows you the difference between a great broadcaster even in retirement and an articulate, intelligent football player who doesn't have the passion needed to make what he says entertaining

I tend to listen to a guy who's played the game and been in meetings with great coaches for years. Tiki isn't saying Zach Wilson is the beat QB for NYJ, he is simply saying he isn't in the best situation to win. If you put Zach Wilson in Mia or SF, he would look totally different.

IDK how much Tiki hates the Jets but there is no passion from guys like him and even Boomer toward any football team. Sports talk radio in NY should not be ex athletes.
