      @@gedbookings2328 Yea or he can bite his achilles tendon like Bruce Lee.
      Turning into your arm and retracting it out is the only way to escape the arm bar at that point, but it only works when your opponent does the armbar loosely. To nail it as the professor does, keep your foot against their head, other foot up against their side so it’s harder for them turn to turn towards you, legs clinching the arm, their arm held tightly with both hands, against your body with thumb pointing up or alternatively the hand behind your armpit, hip up slowly while doing all that and it should come on quickly.
