She's very young child like come on give her a chance but with some punishment of course !
Cause she thought the jury was gonna feel sorry for a little pimple faced 14 year old girl who didn't know any better and she'd just go to some hospital for evaluation. Im glad the jury didn't buy into all her cowpoop. Ha well how the turn tables have turned tablely ha
@@cesarordaz139 and when she filmed her mother’s body after she pew pewed her mother in the face five times and posed her body and then invited friends over to see. Sorry but Carly is getting hit very hard with the reality of CONSEQUENCES. I’m not sure why people think she should be excused for some reason yet Josh Phillips doesn’t get any empathy about his trauma or excused for his age at the time (14) (nor should be imho).
Or see the James Bulger case in England (youngest perps ever in that country) in which both murderers have been released with new secret identities yet both have allegedly/apparently been involved in more crimes. Carly experienced some trauma but many do, her mother was an active, loving, and involved mother, and her decision and her behavior as she did it PLUS THE ATTEMPTED MURDER OF HER STEPFATHER shows a very very cold and calculating personality. That is not “fixable,” so…
Not giggling now is she lol

This is justice. She could have admitted guilt and gotten parole after 40 years. She didn't admit anything and now gets life in prison and will never be released. She chose the result.

I've got a sneaky feeling that girl is going to cause all sorts of trouble in prison, she's not fooling anyone with her innocent cry baby look.
I agree , she is not finished with her killing ways, she is demented ‼️
@@geedee8459If she's demented then surely she is not guilty due to mental illness. It can't be both ways.
I think what was shocking about the whole thing was just after she committed this horrific crime, she went in the kitchen to make phone calls and seemed so calm.
And had a friend over 😳😳😳
The video definitely got her.
singing to the dogs
Where did that Smirk go?
or purgatory.
So she thought that she could kill without consequences? That she wouldn't be found guilty of it?
stepdad said “i love u” “it s ok” “you gonna be ok” he s sad for her but he didn cry for his wife? something s not right
Reminds of another case where the step dad had an affair with his step daughter. He convinced her to kill her mom and how to do it for money and his mistress. I think that was in the early 80’s
Yes, that is weird. I watched a couple of other videos about the case. He was suspicious.
I mean, if there was no recording, etc. of the murder, I would think he did something. When the cops showed up, he was weird too, and while they were taking him to the ambulance, he was crying for his dogs! I am guessing he is very okay with that she killed Ahsley because he must have got a life insurance check and whatever was left from Ashley to him. For his position as a step-dad and plus shot by his stepchild, he is not acting normal.
@@traceygray7727Cinnamon Brown? it was her father Who had her do it to her step mother,so he could collect on life insurance, and Mary his sister in-law.
@@traceygray7727That also happened in Ohio like 10 years ago.
Yep it's weird
The stepfather was trying to downplay her actions since day one. I don’t get it…! Even his testimony he threw her a kiss. Something’s off with him.
Hmmm that's curious. I wonder if he encouraged her to do this? That's very odd.
I have said from day one something is off with stepdad and Carly's relationship!
I guess because she was so young he thought she shouldn’t have to stay in prison and he probably cared for her and knew the mother wouldn’t have wanted her to go to prison so long
He said something there about middle ways through. He looks towards her while her lawyers are up at the bench and says something straight to her. I don't know. I get a funny feeling about this myself
I applaud him. It's got to be hard but he's chosen to be there for the young girl, regardless. 🙏
She should spend life in prison.
She killed her mother
Cold-blooded brats need to learn that life has consequences.
Imagine you just come into earth and spend 14 years and boom you killed your mother rest in peace Ashley 😢😢💔💔
Lots happened between her landing on earth and shooting mom
Guilty as charged, 100% unanimous decision. She does not deserve a short sentence.
The girl I saw in the kitchen video absolutely knew she was doing something wrong and was trying to hide what she was doing. She was never insane. It sucks that she threw her life away at such a young age, but she made her choice.
Why did she do it?
@@renayhayles6883over her mum finding her vape pens and finding out she was smoking pot…… from what I’ve heard it sounds like typical teenage stuff that she was having with her parents….. which makes this even more disturbing…… she’s evil…… sociopath ……thought she was going to be another Gypsy rose who also still belongs in jail
@@renayhayles6883over vapes
@@renayhayles6883Her mom was searching her room for vape pens because someone told the mom that Carly smokes weed. It was just normal teenage nonsense that would’ve been over in a week but Carly chose murder.
Why is she crying now , the way evil works !
She actually thought she'd be found not guilty!!!! ...GIRL YOU CRAZY!!! 😂
Haha yeah, but not the crazy she was hoping for.
What an awful thing to do - especially to someone that loved u so much. Girl, u cray, cray
She passed up a plea deal for a jury trial and it did not go as she planned.
Maybe she thought she could get away for being a juvenile
@@connie2202002 I think she thought EXACTLY that! ...she thought that she's too young to get charged
She was was too calm and cool from start to finish when Police caught her, no way could mental illness come into play. What puzzles me is the step fathers testimony and reaction to sentence!! Anyone else?
Stepfather looks very shifty...
Yes absolutely. I hate to say it but there is something untoward going on between those two. He probably told her she'd get clean away with it ..... and what else, well, I shudder to think.
yep.. there something off there
Father ist creepy, maybe he set her up...maybe both of them had relationship and wanted to get rid of mum. At 04:30 He tells her I Love you
People react differently when sentinced
she really thought she'd get away with it
JMO someone told her she'd "pay lots of money" and get to go home She got that idea from somewhere
All she feels sad about is that she has to pay the price. She’s not crying because she feels bad about killing her mom.
