Looking to relocate or make a move in the Bentonville area. Reach out to me at, 479-319-7229 or Anthony@IGNWA.com, I would to have a conversation how I can best serve you.
We were able to visit Bentonville a few weeks ago and met with Anthony. He was knowledgeable, reliable and realistic in his portrayal of this area; wonderful to talk with over coffee.
Thank you for the compliment! Glad you’re finding them useful and enjoyable. If you’d like to have a conversation sometime feel free to reach out. 479-319-7229. Hope all is well with you in Arizona.
Thank you so much. I think we are planning to make a visit for the first time. Before we do, I will definitely reach out to you and see if we can’t tour a few homes while we are there. Thanks again and have a great weekend.
Hello! I hail from the river valley in Greenwood, AR. Bentonville, with its impressive skyline adorned by tall buildings, holds a special place in my heart due to its association with the creation of Walmart. Equally, I hold Greenwood AR in high regard, as it stands as the second safest city in Arkansas.
I currently live in Rogers AR. which is right next to Bentonville I moved here from Dallas/Fort Worth, TX. and lately I have been noticing a big difference in the people in Rogers and Bentonville. It seems like they are much friendlier in Bentonville. In Rogers you have a lot of lower class people maybe that is the difference. Bentonville is a cleaner town not nearly as many panhandlers and homeless people. And I am somewhat of a loner and I see many other guys walking around downtown Bentonville alone so I don't feel out of place there. I am done with Rogers in my opinion Bentonville is the best part of NWA.
I just came across your video today..I currently stay in Maryland..I have been looking to leave The Washington DC area as It is too crowded and too expensive.....I am a simple man..I just want to work and relax...I will do my research on you city...I look forward to learning more and more about Bentonville.....I will look at more of your videos...Any information you may think will be helpful please let me know... Peace and Blessings to you
Thank you very much, sir, for the kind words. I absolutely love putting together these videos… I have another one coming out soon that’s on lakes in northwest Arkansas. I could probably tell you a bunch of things about our area, but what would be most important for you to know when researching a new town? Feel free to reach out via phone or email if you think that might be an easier form of communication for us.
If we’re talking close to the squares of each city, Bentonville is much less hilly than Fayetteville. So it may be easier in that regard but bentonville is quite car dependent. Where as Fayettevilles square and surrounding area had much more to offer due to the university. To each his own….since you’re so close you might just come check it out sometime!
Providence village or Woodward hills on the west side of bentonville out toward the airport may be of interest to you. There may be more options in centerton and or Bella vista as well in your desired price point!
I'm looking to buy some land in the area for future development. Bentonville itself is too expensive. But what do you think of places like Bella Vista? Will that places be growing and a purchase therefore be good? Or are there better areas I could look at?
That is a great question, my friend. Bellavista in my opinion is a wonderful place to invest. However, please understand in Bellavista there. There are recreation, lots, and build lots… They are certainly not the same. Due to desirable schools anywhere in Bentonville school district is a great place. Keep in mind our growth for our northwest Arkansas market is primarily going west toward Oklahoma… The further away you buy could be the further way you realize some type of appreciation or gain on your investment. Thanks for watching.
@@LivinginBentonville When you say west, you mean that it follows the I-49? Bella Vista looks pretty close to Bentonville, so I figured it might be a good choice to buy land. Do you think there are better locations?
Depends on many factors like budget, desired property usage, how long you’ll be holding the property, etc. and yes, when I say West most everything west of Highway 49 toward West towards Siloam Springs, such as Gravette, Decatur, Gentry, Tontitown, Cave Springs, Elm Springs, Farmington, Prairie Grove are all growing towns, significantly faster than many of our big cities like Bentonville, Bella Vista, Rogers Springdale Fayetteville. A few areas to note on the east side of 49 is Pea Ridge in the north and Elkins/Goshen in the south
@@LivinginBentonville I only have money to buy some land there. 10k would be perfect, but 20k would also work if it seems like there is growth. I saw that some people built homes next to some lots for sale in Bella Vista and mountain bike trails are nearby. Would those prices I mention only work for Bella Vista or is that the best deal for those sums?
$10,000-$20,000 would get you a decent built lot in Bella Vista. If you’re just going to buy and hold it MAY be 10-15 years before you’ll see a significant appreciation as there are 100’s of lots for sale in Bella Vista. If you’d like to discuss further please reach out via phone, email. Thx again for watching
That is a great question. Many of my clients use pods because they’re not sure exactly where they’re going to be landing when they get here. Others use a professional moving company from a point a to point B move. What is bringing you to Bentonville and would you like to jump on a call?
@cryptoboom, my family and I will relocate to NWA in a couple of weeks from Victorville, California. We have decided on living in Centerton. We used Upack trailer option for our move.
I’ve heard great things about that option as well.… Did you end up purchasing a home or plan on renting for a bit to get your bearings before buying? I helped another family move here 2 years ago from Victorville. they ended up in BellaVista. Small world!
Depending on amenities that the home you rent has and location will determine the average price of a three bed two bath rental. In our area, as an average, $.85 to $1.15 per square foot is about what we are seeing. As far as “safe “that is a relative term and is different per person. What you find safe and what I find safe might be two different things. I Encourage you to do your research and dig a bit further on crime maps and studies that have been done specifically about that topic in particular. I do occasionally help with rentals, but my primary business focus is sales. We can discuss further, if you’d like off-line.
Berkshire Hathaway has a property management company, as does Lindsey and associates, so does Remax Results… I believe A-1 Realty does as well. I wouldn’t necessarily rank them in any order as they all seem to provide the same service.
Hello, we are planning a trip this summer to Bentonville and wanted to know if your stores downtown are open on Mondays. I know it seems like a crazy question but a lot of towns close their stores on Mondays and sometimes on Mondays and Tuesdays. Thank you
“Hey, hey Paula”… Bet you never got that one before. ;) jk There are some stores that shut down on Mondays… But I would say, for the most part, most stores are open on Mondays, but more so shut on Sundays… What stores are you thinking of specifically and maybe I can help more definitively? Feel free to reach out when you’re in town. Would love to say hi.
@@LivinginBentonville 😀 I haven’t heard that in a while. We are not looking for any specific stores just want to spend the day exploring the downtown area. Where are you are not on set days so we’ll just adjust accordingly. Thank you so much for your quick response. Have a great day
Bentonville IS Walmart….how many are in the city limits? Oh just 8 or so. Outside of that it’s coffee drive thru’s, car washes, storage units and TRAFFIC! It’s sad, it used to be a pretty nice place to live.
