Seems like the problem was that the person addressing Mr. Mourighno, supposedly a local Albanian person, was expected to speak in Albanian language but he spoek in English instead, and so the interpreted in was just repeating what the Albanian interviewer was saying 😅

He spoke perfectly well. It's just that he had a translator already in his ear. The journalist did nothing wrong.
@@pooritechhis English was weak, let's keep it real. I spent a decent amount of time in Tirana and people spoke way better English than this.
