I like the way the new mirror slides in and out. Much better than the old flip style. I just hope they finally heated the bottom mirror. Having to get out and scrape the bottom mirror when snowplowing while the top mirror is completely free of ice and snow is a bit ridicules. Beautiful truck.

I am in the process of ordering a 5th wheel RV 15,000 pounds wet, my 2020 Raptor will not cut it. I am comparing the Ford F250,350,450 and Rams 2500,3500 and 4500. Really I am all over the place. The Ram’s are a little nicer inside which I like.
The HO 1200 foot pounds of torque of the Ford is really winning me over but I have only driven the 1,000ish torque version and they are fast. Faster than I thought they would be especially coming out of the Raptor. The turning radius is also amazing in the F450, not sure if the F350 dully has the same wide track turning radius or not. Again thank you for the videos, you have helped to answer a few questions especially in your squat test videos. The Ram air suspension is amazing, I am really torn but the speed and power of the Ford is probably going to win the day. 😏
The 350 Ford does not have the turning radius of the 450.....after switching to a 450, I'll never go back, the turning radius is that impressive to me.
450 has bigger brakes and thicker axles.
The 450 does have the 19.5" G rated tires which limits speed to 88 MPH....down from +- 100 MPH limiter of the 350.
Only the 4.30 gear ratio is available on the 450.
My '22 "only" has the 1050 pound feet of torque....I honestly didn't think I needed more than the 935# my previous PSD had....either motor would pull my 15k load up any grade as fast as I wanted....can't imagine what the 1200 will feel like it or if it'll be worth the $2500 upgrade.
You'll hear people cry about the CP4 fuel pump on the Fords.....I've never had one fail in 100's of thousands of miles of PSD ownership since '12....I am very religious with 15k mile fuel filter changes...maybe that had something to do with it, IDK??
Also do 5k oil changes with T6.
Ram did use the same pump in '19 and '20 and was more pro active in switching back to the 3.
Internet paranoia has won me over and I am running the archoil fuel additive....not sure if it'll prevent a problem I never had, I have not seen the MPG gains they claim, so who knows if I'm wasting money or not..../shrugs.
Thats my dream work truck right there, with an 11 foot knapheide service body bed, hitch, wide bumper and pipe rack

Rear tires are usually traction tires on these trucks , while the front tire is usually called steering position, thus little less aggressive tread.
I’ve seen one of these with 4 Alcoa wheels on the back. It might be a different hub since the aluminum wheels are thicker than the steelies
Did anyone notice that the diesel motor and aisin transmission are listed twice? It is listed top left as standard equipment and then again mid-right for $10,200. Hmmmm

Wealthy people.
You have a few options. Buy a cheaper truck. Buy a used truck/Buy an older truck. Save up for a bigger down-payment. Generate more income. Dont buy a truck. However, complaining and crying isn't going to change a thing.

I wish they would increase the cab size, that’s why I got rid of my ram, I want a bigger cab with bigger seats but still have a 8 foot bed
I have always wondered why they don’t do the mega cab in the 4500 & 5500. Hotshot drivers would love the extra space!

Only the 4.44, with max tow its the 4.89

Hey Bill, it’s possible depending on the wrecker bed. I’m not sure why RAM hasn’t built at least a 108” C/A which would allow for more options with the crew cab 👍🏾
Depends on your definition of tow truck…. Do you mean flat deck to lift cars onto or a truck primarily used for towing? I see a lot of these in regular cab as tow trucks, picking up cars all the time. These make excellent hotshot rigs too.
The Duke says, because it has two gas tanks you may not have room to convert it to a tow truck.
