just played this level and i gotta say you did an excellent job on it, especially the part with the camera feed cutscene and the shoot out against the guards with trevelyan. especially liked the end cutscen where it starts at dam

The layout & story are a bit iffy to me- (the path for the trucks seems weird & 006 going after Ouromov who then reappears without comment) But a nice idea with some good setpieces. And like you said this was a longterm WIP. Hope you keep it up (when you get ideas).
I kind of agree with you about the story, it actually worked better without 006 there at all but it was a boring level, I really wanted to have him help you and take some guards out, I was trying to make it so 006 was acting strange to kind of give a clue that he maybe wasn't on MI6s side anymore, so that's why I had him suddenly run after Ourumov and have the door jammed after. This was the main reason this level kept getting shelved but I'm glad I finally got it done even if it's not perfect.
@@007Action the Ouromov thing works fine as foreshadowing, if it wasn't then it would be weird/spoilery. The level works great as is, just has room for tweaks if you went back to it. But I have the artist's "never satisfied" curse, so... yeah.
Interesting prequel. The bathroom area was... something. :P
Fun reuse of Caves, though.

An alternative story where Alec never turns bad so 006 and 007 save the world together, that would be cool.
