What an amazing time capsule indeed. I wish I still had my 73 Caprice coupe, the northeast winters consumed it. But, it had 245,000 trouble free miles on it.
awesome car and presentation......... I went across the USA in the back of aFord Ranch wagon with a 302 in it , no a/c in Spring 73... Rochester , NY to LA for 6 weeks and helped my Aunt and Uncle get settled in Hacienda Heights. Wagon were the kid haulers for sure.....That is one nice Chevy... the 400 is torque monster and must move that car with ease...
Awesome car and Wagon!!! I Know ALL these cars !!!! I own a maroon 76 Caprice Estate 3 seat power tailgate. Red interior!! All new or rebuilt under the hood but only the 400 engine. Its is my pride and joy!!!! Endless Awesome compliments non stop!! Lol. I meet so many people this way!! Never sees rain or bad weather. She likes to stay inside and shine. Lol Quick Question... love this color but this color was only available in 1974 and 1975.... Thanks For Showing Us Man!!!! Drive Careful & Prayerful!!!!@
We had a 1973 Caprice Estate wagon that my dad ordered brand new. Loved that old boat! Ours was a goldenrod color with saddle interior. Big-block V8, 4bbl carburetor and Comfortron A/C. No power windows in our car, though. Went all over the USA and parts of Europe with it. Good times!
Wow! My parents had this *exact* car when I was growing up… same year, color scheme and everything… only difference is ours had the roof luggage rack. If you ever want to sell it drop me a message!
