I asked ChatGPT to write me a workout & this is what happened...

I KNOW yall have heard of (and hopefully have been playing around with) ChatGPT! I'm a full time engineer by day so the inner nerd in me haddd to play around with this and see its capabilities firsthand! I love this video because I got to mix the two things I love most: tech and fitness! Just for funsies, I asked OpenAI's artificial intelligence chatbot, ChatGPT, to put me through a workout that I (as a certified personal trainer) would be proud of. And this is what happened!
