Rich earned my sub, great enthusiasm for the sport. Long live enduro!!!
Rich! If you’re an IRC tire fan you’ve been getting secret training tips from Rich for a couple of years. 😀
Anyone who wants to elevate their dirt bike skills should be subscribed to the IRC Tire Guy.
THATS WHY RICH IS THE MAN! HIS ENERGY IS ON ANOTHER LEVEL ! RIDE ON
Yes, more cone drill recommendations please. Luv this stuff 👍
I have been watching your vids for few years now learnt a lot. They way you break down drills into steps is so helpful to understand for beginners like me. Thank you!
Glad you like them!
Tried these great drills but for some reason now my bike has no clutch anymore....
Rich is an amazing instructor. great lessons..
I love the tire guy. Help me tons with my riding.
Love the X2D goggles on Rich! Dmitry makes an awesome product. I use them on my snowbike!
loved this!!
I have never trained it. Thank You
Bro! I realy apreciate your video, but do you know husqy '14-'16 ? They realy have a problem with cluch on slow rpm and olso with electric start! So for me, i have to be twice as good to act like You ! 😅😅😅 Hope to see much videos from You!!! Greetings!
Can I send this instruction back to my 10 year old self???…
I would love to see them switch bikes. After practice on my old bike I was shocked at how different I was on a new bike.
Getting on a proper modern 2t enduro bike made a world of difference for me in practicing Rich's drills.
@@huckfinn4260 I do Endurocross once a year I would love to be able to have an enduro bike tho 😂 I’d do more if I did, I just race my 85 cause I can touch on it with both feet unlike my 150
Next level please 😂 I think it’s fun
I watch every video from Rocky Rocky Mountain always good.. but this one is over-the-top GREAT 👍 💥💥💥
Thank you! We're glad you enjoyed it. We have more coming too!
The you should stop watching Rocky Mountain stuff and give IRC Tyre USA Moto the subscribe they so wholly deserve for bringing us Rich's training for free for years :) Rich is THE MAN as a hard enduro educator :)
@HoagesMoto thanks for the suggestion I just added them I'm a 49yr old novice Rider...just started ruding about 5 years ago... I'll take as many tips as I can get thank you🤙🤙🤙
Advantage 2 stroke on these style drills especially if Charles is on his 450 and I think he is. Flame out city
Rich could do it on that 450 no issue.
@@stevenllewellyn8906he does it on a Yamaha 250 or 450 4t on one of his other videos just as easy but for me the 2t would be much easier. like I say that's just me but he's good on anything
@@griffithracingteam2412 2T 300 all day! On the road or desert racing / fire roads…4T. Other than that, 2T everytime…all the time.
What is the distance between cones? Great video as usual ! Keep them coming
I believe he said start at 6ft in his other video on IRC tire.
8:12 about 5 feet apart, though it looks more like 6 given the length of the bike in comparison
Would love to know what the tire pressure you were running..
I had mousse inserts on my bike, but if you have ultra heavy duty tubes, you could go as low as 8PSI. If you want to go lower than that (6psi), you will need the Tubliss system. You probably already know but for hard enduro/technical, low pressure or a plushie mousse will help a lot with traction. I just run the mousse so I don't have to deal with flats. -Charles www.rockymountainatvmc.com/tires-and-wheels/nuetech-nitro-mousse-soft-plushie-foam-tube-p www.rockymountainatvmc.com/tires-and-wheels/tusk-ultra-heavy-duty-4mm-motorcycle-tube-p www.rockymountainatvmc.com/tires-and-wheels/nuetech-tubliss-gen-2.0-%28tubeless%29-tire-system-p
i can do it easily with my 2t but not so easy on 4t.. it will flame out and stall easily
My dad is cringing somewhere while. Your doing this lol, he hated when I would feather the clutch
Hii what's he's using on his hand?
Mobius Wrist brace. I’m guessing he must’ve injured it.
Is this the *real* Rich Larsen?! Where is the “Hello my friends I’m Rich Larsen and I’m the IRC tire guy”?!?!
It’s like a Chase video without mention of calf size 😂
Leave my calves out of this! - Chase
I feel is you want to stop yourself using the front break point it up
Where’s Mark Akita the actor?
I would run over every other cone if I did that.
me too for sure lol
I think you will kill your clutch with this exercise
If you have to break your bike to have fun, then so be it. LOL just kidding. Rich has talked about that in some other videos. It sounds like he's never had a problem with the stock clutches even with a lot of hours on them. There always is that possibility, but I would just let my bike cool if it starts getting hot. Definitely use some common sense with it. Other than that, I'm going to be out there doing more of these drills because this is a great way to improve your riding skills! -Charles
