I recently went from a DR650 to a Husky 701 enduro and I've been enlightened to how much of a difference suspension makes. It changes riding so much. I'm happy to be enlightened but if/when I get another bike I think I'll have to budget for suspension before I even buy the damn thing. Ignorance is bliss. Hope things get better for you on your side of the screen man.
Bradley Performance has so many toys that I'd love to mess with. That Hydraulic Clutch looks interesting. After getting my CRF, the t-dub's clutch seems so clunky! BTW, this was a top ten video by you. Editing is top-notch and the combo of garage shots and outdoor scenes made it much more interesting.
I hope you get a lot of views on this. Great simple video. I was able to replace mine without removing the wheel, but it takes two people. Also have to connect shock to swing arm first and then lift wheel to line up at tank, hence the need for two people. I need that shock now. Better save up. Sure wish it had been in stock when my OEM snapped.
Also, understand the rough life behind the camera. Just got promoted to take on a unit that is a disaster in many ways. Worse anxiety I’ve had since Covid tried to kill me.
So, you're the only person that I know of that has tried both the Bradley and Cogent rear shocks. I've been holding off on upgrading until I hear your thoughts. Is the cogent worth the extra dough, or is the Bradley good enough?
Really comes down to how much seat time you put on your Dub in my opinion. Cogent was well worth it if you are always out logging miles and spending long hours on the T Dub but the bradley performance is also a great shock too once the preload is set up to your liking
@rickthomas1805 thanks man. Lucky if you go with cogent all you have to do is install and ride because they already set it up for your weight and riding style. Haven't had to mess with it at all. Unfortunately my engine needs another rebuild but I got some sources on some TW engines
Airmoto and Power Kit Bundle Deal - 1 bundle - Tire Inflator Portable Air Compressor with Power Kit for Charging at Home and on The Road - Cordless Air Pump for Car Tires, Motorcycle, Bicycle a.co/d/ctXTOom I really like it just used it last night. Battery last a long time
Great video... Bradley Performance does a great job on their products and Brad is top notch to deal with... One question. What brand of rear rack and side panniers are you using? Im about to make a semi-custom set from an old Tusk rack... Take care....
I have the same shock, works pretty well! What front tire is that? I'm running shinko 241 but still having traction issues in the sand. Good to see ya again and hope all is going well for you!
the airmotos that i've seen are about $90, is that about what you paid or have you found better deals? know anything about the cheaper small compressors?
Mine was given to me but I just shared the link in another comment and it was around $90 ish. I love the thing and I believe it is definitely worth to have around

@shawnmcdade7276 it's really good. I still need to adjust the preload. I bottomed out once or twice but I was coming down very hard. It feels so much better than stock and it isn't to expensive
Video very well done! You really made it easy to understand the whole process. Great camera angles and directions! 👍

Nice!! I'm definitely going to have to get one one of them fancy shocks. I was bouncing rear end everywhere 😂
Thanks DD. Another great informational video. Well done

I feel that for sure lol. Hopefully the money is good though. We all need more Dub Time in our lives
Considering getting a couple shocks. Great video Double D!
Nice. Super simple. I'll be doing this eventually for sure.
Awesome, been looking for a comparison of the two.
I got one of those shocks but mine is different at the mounting points, I wonder if he changed the model or something?
Heck yes! Currently shopping between these two shocks (Cogent). Very curious to hear how they compare as the price difference is pretty huge.
Budum budum! Nice! I'm going to do the same! Thanks!
Thanks DoubleD!
Thats an 87?!?!?!! Nice man. Very nice.
Great content DD!! You were violating the tdub with the camera shot right up in there. Tdub might need a cigarette.
What tires are you using for front and rear on those dunes?

@@dualdorks Cogent it is. Thanks for testing this stuff out. We all appreciate what you do.

one of the videos you had a small air compressor, what brand, how do you like it, and how is it holding up?

The rear rack is from Happy Trails
Does it raise the seat height?

It's a Tusk Dsport Adventure

Where did you ride in the sand? I'm also in the area north of Seattle, would love to go ride that area in Eastern WA!
Beverly
What do you think of the shock now that you had to ride with it?

Something about those shims/washers bothers me.
A waste of money in my opinion. No significance difference
