@mouse_trap. I get it, but how are you determining what frequencies it will play? Size of sealed, size of ported, tuning frequency, etc. All of these have a direct impact on how the box will sound.
I also do 2-3 builds a week . Iv always wanted to just use brad nails or staples but I’m just not confident they will hold. I use 1 1/4 screws and liquid nails because it’s not as messy as the glue u use. Any advice on switching to not using screws anymore?
I also use screws, and would rather be in the safe side. 😂 A good glue joint is supposed to be stronger than the wood itself, but I've always seen people using clamps when relying on the glue to hold it together, and I don't have that many clamps. 😅
Another great box. I don't see you doing 45 on the corners. Definitely doesn't make a difference on the airflow. Finished product was beautiful wish there was more than two seconds of video of it though.
Dude, 2 things: 1) get some sharp router bits, 2) slow down on that router and don’t push so hard. Your bits will stay sharp longer, and you won’t burn out routers prematurely
It is a clean work, perfect 🙏
The build looks good but I'm curious as to whether this box was modeled for frequency response? Play flat? Peaky?
It’s pretty much to play a wide range of frequencies.. I call it a street jammer

Dude that build was epic. You have mad talent bro. 💪
I like the way that box turned out, great job again mouse
Hey bro, if you use a damp rag when Rubbin your glue in, it will open pours of wood to help glue seal better
is their an alternative to brad nails? i dont want to buy a nail gun but i understand the necessity of them
Straight 🔥🔥bro
How big would a fourth order box be for six nvx audio vcw104v3 subswoofers?
Nice!
