Nothing like purposely handicapping yourselves for the sake of a good time. Honestly thats why i love antistasi its like an underdog come up story, each fight feels like a struggle to take ground and its so enjoyable
Because of the scale of reinforcements the mission has it keeps that underdog feeling throughout the whole mission unless you match the enemy with HC units or something
@@JackArden It’s hit or miss, most of the time you can deal with them with grenades or just wallbanging the obvious spot, but yeah there are a lot of them lol
The vehicles don't just disappear. They just flee sometimes if you overwhelm them or kill the gunner. Sometimes they drive away and come back, or they just don't come back. Arma AI are weird sometimes.
They definitely disappear. The airbase I captured in this playthrough had an APC which I was looking to grab- the APC was completely untouched, but it had vanished from the outpost after I knocked out the garrison and QRFs. I went to it's last known location and found a collapsed wall with surrendered crew, but the vehicle was gone. So I knew exactly where the vehicle was when the crew dismounted, there was no further sign of it and it definitely didn't drive away because those things are too loud to miss. This sort of thing has happened a lot in this playthrough.
@@JackArden Arma AI is just random, sometimes they just rush you with vehicles, sometimes they run away, sometimes they just stand still waiting to get shot by missiles or rockets. I think in your case, the AI ran away so far from you that they actually despawned, this just my speculation however.
You dont have to respawn when you are hit. You can revive every time as long as you have medikits and when it says you are feeling better thats when you can use revive again It takes 5mins to reset your revive from when you were last hit and revived. So if you get hit within that time you cant revive until it says you are feeling better. It will just keep saying you have already revived til you are feeling better.
I got a couple of questions regarding Livonia and Antistasi Ultimate: -How do you change the voices from Polish to English? -How do you change the currency from zloty to euro or usd? -How do you fix the UI for arms dealer? By default, the UI is too wide, and I cannot access the options to the right where you can configure the item amount that you can buy/sell.
I have not played ultimate, so these responses are based on how A3 usually behaves, rather than the mission: 1. You would need to use a different faction, as the voices are tied to the units that are created. 2. This is something that depends on the version of the mission you play. You would be better off ignoring the currency and just look at it as a number. 3. You should reduce your UI scale in your game's settings to make these UI elements appear smaller. It may be necessary to play on a higher resolution if you have a small UI scale and a low resolution with this problem.
@@JackArden And what mods are allowing you to play as NAPA and to have USMC as the occupying force? When I use the 'show missing mods' in the Antistasi setup options, I do get some hover text to pop up, but it is quite unclear as to what exactly I need to download from Steam Workshop in order to be able to use those factions.
This game sure likes to troll: when you wanna survive, you get one shotted. When you want to unalive, you get an injury instead.
The game has a funny way of showing you're not in control, that's for sure

Ahhh prone in a hallway camping a door with an M249..
You’d fit right in on Insurgency lol
That doesn't sound like the state of the game is too healthy!

You playing single player or multi-player antistasi
Single player!
@@JackArden I must be doing something wrong cause I have medkits but can't self revive
Are you using the same version of the mod as me? Also you need first aid kits, not the larger medkit just in case that was your issue.
@@JackArden what version you playing I'm playing antistasi lovonia
The exact mods I use are always in my video descriptions.
