this process is very easy and well detailed explained in the above video
steps
1- Make fw backup and security backup
2- Write Magic Extcsd File with CM2
3- After writing Extcsd , Disconnect battery
4- Write firmware and restore security
5-enjoy...

note - this process will not work on Samsung emmc , it should work on all except Samsung emmc..

I hav tried in vivo y12.Though infinity shows write cxtcsd done...but acctually emmc not partioned..even the set remains in hang on logo condtion....
What may be the problem
You can try again or try creating own extcsd...😊

Write extcsd is not supported by umt or any other tool yet, wait for future updates,

It's not possible to write whole extcsd data on Qualcomm devices due to firehose limititions, hope it will be supported soon...

As mentioned in video, you can see extcsd taken frm different emmc and written to different emmc, it work on all except Samsung eMMC
