Please take this as constructive criticism and not hate because I don't have any skill like this but some one the scenes it seems the shoulders are too stiff and too choppy movement with the arms. The sudden movement when the ice cream hits the Heavy, Soldier, and Scout looks really nice. Keep up the great work!

Ice cream Mann ideas
Health: Two-thirds of Heavy (200HP)
Speed: Just above Sniper (105%)
Weapons: Soft Serve Machine, fires a beam of Ice cream which slows whoever it hits by 20% and slowing to 50% as the beam continues to hit, while the damage is 5 per second while hit by the beam. The beam also serves as a medigun when used on allies, healing at a rate of 5 health points per second. The weapon has multiple variations such as a tri beam that locks onto three targets but has reduced damage and slowdown, a fro yo machine that doesn't slowdown enemies but pierces through to targets behind, and a freeze ray that has very little damage but slows down faster and all the way to 90%!
Ice Cream Launcher, fires ice creams (each dealing 15 damage) at a rate of 1.2 per second has a variant called the scoop launcher which fires slower (1 per second) but deals more damage. (18 damage)
Popsicle Sword, a melee weapon with very little damage but has an attack rate of as fast as the user can click the attack button.
Taunts with effects:
Doing his job, the Ice Cream Mann stands in place with a soft serve machine next to him until an ally or enemy joins in the taunt, he then hands the ally or enemy an ice cream, one to himself, they both eat it and regain 20 health. 1/10th chance to freeze the other person if they are an enemy.
Ice cream Vann, the Ice cream Mann gets into a tiny ice cream van and drives around, emitting docile tunes as he moves. He cannot attack in the van but can move at the same speed as scout.
I Scream, Starts out the same as Doing his job, but when the other person engages in the taunt, they are frozen. The Ice cream Mann then says "Ice cream never dies" and if the other person is an enemy, the ice shatters and frozen gibs are left.
Unique ability: Infinite supply of Ice cream, when the Ice cream mann is at full health or overhealed, his ammo for his primary weapon is slowly restored, the rate of restoration varies with the different kinds of primary weapons.

If this is indeed snipers dream, then that raises questions about the nature of the snipers subconscious mind. Maybe this is a reflection of snipers hunger for attention and gratification formed by having had one too many crushing blows to his ego over his life, leading him to become cynical and misanthropic like he is. Ice cream here is just an abstract representation of the validation and gratification that comes from, say, a successful headshot, a feeling he just can't get enough of. This also ties into how sniper repeatedly adorns himself with self-verifying titles like "professional", whilst trying to appear like a rational and intelligent, in spite of being a loud, foul mouthed, nutcase like the rest of the team. And considering the attention mongering, tryhard, gloating, sniper mains that we often see, this idea just makes *too* much sense.

The only one that wasn't really was Sniper's, but that's a bit hard to do. Everyone else was absolutely perfect, I had to do a double take on the Heavy because I thought it was actually the real voice actor.

The entirety of this skit is made with that one shot of Sniper giving a thousand-yard stare of a PTSD soldier after countless hours of gory warfare... and who's decided the only remedy is to smother the memories in ice cream.
