I broke up with my GF of 2 years about 2 years ago. The transition was difficult at first, but I quickly overcame it. How? I am sure she monkey-branched, or just wanted to find something better, but I knew this was her pattern. I have been single for the last couple of years and I haven't had so much time, money, low-stress, and options. When I was younger, I wanted relationships and treated women with chivalry. Now that I am 35, educated, single and without kids, I know the hard truth that placing her on a pedastal, or being a chivalrous man works against you. She will tell you that is what she wants, but she doesn't respond or respect it at all. These modern W are single because they are seduced by their own delusions.

Never found someone to share my life with. True I never played the game of making small talk in bars or discos I never find the thrill in doing that. Even though I have female friends they all have partners, that are also my friends. I'm not one to destroy others relationships. This is ALL TRUE! I met a woman at church 2 yrs ago and for some reason, we always ended up sitting in the same row in a mega church so I decided after a couple of weeks, I was going to strike a convo. Got her name, walked her to her car and exchanged numbers. Went to a movie, had a few phone conversations and when I asked her about thoughts on relationships, her response...after giggling and nonchalant attitude was, "I don't really think about it. If it happens it happens, ya know!" Granted, she was 40. I never bothered to meet up with her again.
It's a relief to see that there is still some wise women out there. Good, successful, wise people assess their own influence within each conflict, issue or problem. Not saying, everytime your the limiting factor, but a good analysis considers all factors involved. You can't change others, but you can improve yourself mentally, spiritually and financially, even analytically to be aware of potential pitfalls and risks.
