I visited during the Live Archaeological event as part of a tour group focused on the fiber arts in July 2019. It was a great day. There was live historical music and singing, good beer and loads of enthusiastic reenactors willing to discuss their craft or activity. My Lithuanian is extremely limited but I still had an easy time communicating. My small group tour was organized through Baltic Holidays.
