The cost of gas has affected my mental well-being, I looked forward to retirement to spend time doing road trips with my friends, gone are the days of a Sunday drive, or driving a few hours to a special destination. My parents are in their 80s and they never go anywhere because cost of living is so high on their fixed income they only drive in my small city. Because people are doing less travelling they are also not contributing to the economy at small businesses. We would go out to lunch or supper or buy ice cream cones or go into small shops. That doesn’t happen anymore so our mental health suffers and so does small businesses. I see you are doing ok JT in your carbon dumping private jets to expensive island holidays paid by taxpayers or lobbyists.
