So...goofy question I am sure (because I cannot speak the language I might of missed it), but are these breads sold to restaurants and such? Very cool setup!
He didn't get into that subject, but I can assume just like here in LA, they're sold to everyone, supermarkets, restaurants, and probably walk ins as well, because I know Lebanese people really cherish fresh out of the oven bread, so he may be getting a lots of walk ins.
