Plein Air Painting a French Lavender Field with Jessica Henry Gray

Hi Everyone! I know it's been a while since I uploaded a video. I have been in the south of France teaching my ten day workshop and that always takes a lot of preparation and regaining my footing once home, so~ Whew! Another wonderful and successful workshop in France and a heart full of memories. I am excited to share with you one of my most treasured plein air experiences. I was in heaven painting this lavender field! Whether or not you have a lavender field near you to go out and paint, there is still a lot of useful information in this video, not to mention some beautiful footage.

• Gamsol Odorless Mineral Spirits-

Brushes:
I prefer Flats, sizes 2, 4, 6, & 8 and 12 Flat Bristle and Synthetic
I have a few small angled brushes and some small round detail brushes
A container to hold brushes
Small tri-angled palette knife, for cleaning the palette or sometimes for painting
Painting Box:

Paper towels
Odorless Mineral Spirit container
Palette Cup container
Bungee cord to hold paper towels
Plein Air Umbrella (I prefer White, silver is also fine)
Back Pack to carry every thing
