@culturefan you wouldn't wanna jump straight into them, but the current thinking is LESS arch support actually strengthens your feet to allow them to do their job. Kinda like when you have an arm/wrist cast, the muscles atrophy from not being allowed to move and then have to be rebuilt.
Science based shoes are just not my bag, unfortunately. I need footware that requires a leap of faith. Blind faith. Blind, deaf and dumb faith even sometimes.
Glad youre enjoying them!! Kinda expensive for minimalism but then again i haven't comparison shopped.
