I really like the video, and it’s important to filter what information you share on social media and what you don’t. However, one point that doesn’t come across well in the video is that it can actually be good to open up to friends in a private setting. I can’t imagine what it must be like to be in an abusive relationship (Partner or Family) and see this video. I don’t think it helps encourage people to open up to their friends or to feel help. I’m sure that wasn’t the intended Focus of the video, but it’s still an important point to consider. And also one side note- on some points there is a problem with the Reading- i think its a but in the text to speech program, and it is Cut off and repeats itself- that.. or my UA-cam App is just broken.😅 Nevertheless keep it up with the good content!
Thank you for the detailed and important comment. I think it's important to make a conscious decision about what you share and with whom. How the decision is made is individual. I have a real person as my spokesperson. If she repeats herself, it's because she has misspoken something. That should actually be cut out. That didn't quite work out here.😉.

But what I wanted to say is that this Video for shure doesnt help people in problematic surroundings to open up to friends and so on. Espessially the part with „Family matters are better kept in the Family“ is hard to hear if you have an abusive Family- so in my opinion it would be necessary to explicitly differenciate between an „normal“ fight or an abusive family and also that there is something between posting on Social Media and keeping it to yourself. Oh wow, and I did wonder, what Tool you use to Sound that great- that explains it^^
Almost. Learning how to and with whom you can share these is important. Goals and dreams? Dont share those you want to achieve that are top priority, but you may and should ask advice to those that seem relevant in order to achieve it (either have it or seem like they could give you good inputs). Being vulnerable is very important for growth of the mind... but you need to learn to strengthen your ability to discern with whom (and how). The how I have not yet found on the internet and I am sorry but wont bother sharing, here. Take good care. gl.
