To pilots who don't know the rules: enter thermals the right way, don't cut them while others are already in. If the pilot turning in the thermal is
distracted or not ready to react or you are not in sight , you put yourself and others at risk of collision.
Look how others are turning and go in tangentially.

Wow! Some people just don’t know about soaring etiquette, or they just don’t care, or they just don’t have the skills to be flying with others in a mountain site. I’m still quite new, only about 13-14 hours but I know how to soar with my friends, and with others, always enter a thermal in the same direction as the pilot thermalling before you, and you wait for an opening and merge in, like when driving in a roundabout, it’s really not that hard to understand, if you can do that and understand ridge soaring rules this should never happen.
