I've watched a lot and think this is the best so far, best 24" wall, nest door frame, best center beams.
Instead of heavy 12" x 16', I would use light FRP board.

Nice! A small suggestion would be to add close line rope over the top and anchor it to the base in a crisscross over it. That will keep the "ballooning: when you get a cross breeze. That will help stabilize the plastic!👏

Hey guys, looks good, but with the moisture, you'll find that you want to have the 16' ceiling supports standing instead of laying flat and double up as well...possibly even put a support from the ground up about in the middle. When you begin to hang plants, the weight will cause the ceiling support to bow downward. Other than that, it looks awesome! Ya'll are as cute as Jess and Miah!

Your greenhouse plan was such an inspiration to me!!! I had planned for making a little 7x8 hoop greenhouse I could manage on my own. However, after seeing what you did, I went for it! My son in law to be and I knocked out the frame and cattle panels Monday morning in about an hour and a half. This time of year no hurry to close it in with the greenhouse sheeting. Just for the summer we have shade cloth over it. Will frame front for a door, the back for a window, tables and center support over the next week. Thank you for your inspiration!

    Love the greenhouse.
I would change one thing. Don't every use the white & colored zip ties for outdoor use. Sunlight destroys the white & colored zips FAST. I build & install radio antennas. From 20 years of doing installs & running coax & hard-line cable up towers. The white & colored zip ties become hard & brittle in just one or two years at best. Often after only one summer. ALWAYS use the black zips as they contain ~3% carbon for UV protection. The black zip can last years before they also become hard & brittle.

    • @StiversHomestead

I had no idea about the zip ties. I’ll keep an eye on them and replace with black when they go down

Our greenhouse cost about $350 when it was all said and done. Ours is 10x16 but you could easily just do 3 cattle panels rather 4 like us and make a 10x12 greenhouse. Would make it smaller and cut material cost.

I like your work. It looks like it came out really good. ;)
I'm building a similar type of greenhouse. But I've hit a snag - it seems the end (with the door) leans to one side, and I need to bring it upright without screwing up the door frame. I notice you have some bracing on either side of your entrance-way (door frame), and I'm wondering how effective you found this to keep it straight.
The opposite end (with the window) was easy to make upright, as I had more to brace against.
Any thoughts that anyone might have will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
