  • Research shows that tapping provides a number of psychological and physiological benefits, even when we may not be consciously aware of them. Daily tapping makes good sense. And to keep it interesting, you can enjoy a huge variety of tapping videos here on UA-cam. in fact, you could tap along with a different video every day for around four years just on my channel alone!

I notice when I haven't tapped in a few days. I usually tap before bed which helps me fall sleep faster. When I haven't tapped it takes me longer to fall asleep. Tapping is my sleeping pill 😂

it took me up until recently to start being able to identify with it, i’ve been doing it consistently for about 4/5 months now & found out about it over a year ago and get an emotional response i keep telling myself “rome wasn’t built in a day” lol as a way to stay consistent

Omg thank you so much for saying that. I was sitting here feeling like I don't feel like it's working lately and wondering if I had digressed and just feeling discouraged and trying to find which of your videos to tap to ( I was leaning towards the worried you're not getting better one ) and then I saw this video and a heaviness got lifted off my shoulders, thank you so much for that message ❤️

Thank you Brad! I am having some difficulties finding a good time to tap cause I'm always surrounded by people, but I know it's all on me and I should be the one finding any time, I will stay consistent and come back when I'm relaxed and my desires come true!

I would like to ask you something: please do video about ecology and respecting our planet. imagine influence on the world if there are good quality tappings about living more ecolo with visualisation about feeling one with the animals and plants and all planet. about changing our habits like for exemple taking a car or a plane less often, walking in nature, eating less meat and more vegetables, buying less staff...it is something the world needs now

I tap every morning to start my day. An finish at night to release my day to let it go.

I'd love to do daily tapping, but I find it really hard to get started. I mean, the more superficial ones like 'Tap o the morning' are easy (although thanks to my young kids I rarely have time in the morning for this), but I feel huge resistance to work on the deeper ones about self-worth, being enough etc and even more resistance to freestyle on my own topics (which would probably have the most impact) because it feels like such hard work.
Also the times, where I'm absolutely overwhelmed and full of doubt and would really need an uplift, it's always with my kids around and they don't give me any space for tapping when I need it the most. But when they're finally asleep, these feelings don't feel so urgent anymore and I just want to relax and not get back into them.
Can anyone relate? I could really use some tips on how to get into daily tapping as a mom with little time to myself.

Any tapping you do will be beneficial, even if it's just a few moments without words while you might also be doing something else. Don't worry about doing the "hard work" - don't make tapping a chore, but a gift to your nervous system. Changes will happen, and you may well find the time/incentive to do more. But any tapping is better than none. :)
