I don't know my point could be wrong. But I think carbs should also be mentioned 4:46 in green. Considering it's a carbs focused supplement so whoever is going to purchase it must be clear in his/her mind that this supplement is mainly for carbs so this could be a positive sign for them. I agree, that the results definitely changed the promised carbs and protein ratio. But again this supplement is mainly for carbs.

Please review Amul Whey Protein, 32 g, 30 Sachets which coats ₹1500. So protein per gram costs around ₹2. Only drawback is its very high in calories i.e. 400. Please review it.
No it is not 400 for 100 gram ek scoop toh 32 gram hai so barabar hai

indeed, it's very easy to consume a 3,000-calorie healthy diet. However, people often become impatient and do not track their calorie intake.
I used to eat only 2.3k cal b4 I started tracking my calories.
My breakfast diet is over 1,000 calories, my lunch diet is over 600 calories, my afternoon snack contains over 800 calories (protein shake and sometimes a banana peanut butter sandwich; one sandwich is 370 calories), and my dinner diet is 1,400 calories (8 ghee roti=1.2kcal with 21g gluten protein).
See this problem is with me too.. we focus so much on completing protein goals that carbs get left behind.
If I'm cutting and taking around 2000 calories with 200g protein it is very difficult to get enough carbs for growth

Hi sir I ordered avvatar whey protein of 2 kgs malai kulfi flavour and I received after 4 days and I received belgium chocolate flavour and box lead was half open but seal was there but lead was open and the cartoon in which I received the box was also opened.
