Jeera bhuna hai ki sada

Fruit salt or digestive powder
Ajwain200gms grind finely twice or thrice
Sieve it through a strainer
Jeera 100 gms finely grind it twice. Sieve it
too.
Black pepper corn 200 gms
Grind finely n sieve
Maga or pipli 20 gms
Nausadar 20 gms break in a cloth first n grind finely
Amchur pd 100 gms
Black salt or rock salt 2,kg
Salt 1/2kg
Saunth powder 10 gms
