    Hey Shane,
    It's Jesse from Twitter.
    Last year I asked you for your suggestions for my workouts and you were so kind enough to DM me the details and I just want to say that I'm much better than I was before and I'm glad to have found out about your channel.
    Keep it up, brother!
    As always, thank you for the great content!

      Buddy take it easy in the beginning.
      Start with ease and then gradually increase the force.

      Always warm up before doing your workout.
      Then do stretching after workouts. Not before :-)

    • @Fuice1
      @Fuice1 6 років тому

      cramping or the muscle getting tight very quickly is due to low blood circulation most of the time.
      Start with doing reps instead, and when you can do like 50+ reps without it feeling very tight/hard or cramping, you can do static training easy. Its a very common for calf and feet to get cramp when its not used in heavy activity a lot

    Hey love your videos but I have this bully that goes for my legs every time we fight what is the proper way to take him down

    • @theatlantean39
      @theatlantean39 6 років тому +1

      Become good at defending leg attacks and attack his legs. If he kicks you catch a leg and elbow it. Also do what Chris Weidman did to Andersin Silva. I wouldn't recommend destroying his knee tho. But punish him, make him afraid to kick because all he is going to get is the hard pointy parts of your body such as the elbow. If you are a wrestler or some other kind of grappler take him to the ground and punish him there.

    • @orlandopagan1515
      @orlandopagan1515 6 років тому +1

      If you know he is coming for your legs as soon as he goes for them knee Kim in the gave ...I guarantee he won't try going for your legs..also after you knee him and he goes down stomp on his knee just pick one and stomp like you was stomping out a fire....always stay alert...if he likes to bully people ..remember he who throws the first punch has the advantage....so kick his knees hard on the side or front of the knee...kick him in the balls and when he falls to the ground on his knees ..knee him in the face...just do damage...I guarantee he will think twice about ever messing with you ever again....at home do push ups..weights ..shadow box..punch and kick combos... Train let you beating his ass be your motivation.... Now start training and practicing and when it comes time ..inflict damage to the bully...go get him ..show him he picked the wrong guy to bully..?let me know how you did...worrier mindset always..

      External where? Do you mean lateral?

    • @Elmy_Kiu
      @Elmy_Kiu 6 років тому +1

      try to do knee strengthening exercises and stretch more. Being more flexible should make it much easier to throw high kicks. If you're experiencing knee pain on the leg you're standing on, it might be because of incorrect technique such as not rotating hips and pivoting your foot enough etc. I'd recommend having it checked by a doctor or asking your instructor about it tho.

    How many fights can a boxer fight in a year and if he kills his opponent during a fight because of heavy punches and anger what will be the impact on his career

    • @shadearca
      @shadearca 6 років тому

      There is no limit in the number of fights. Depends on the coutry and the commission of course. In Thailand, people fight multiple times per month.
      In any serious event, the fight will be stopped long before you can actually inflict permanent damage on your opponent. What do you mean heavy punches? I think you have watched too many movies. How much heavier are your punches than Ngannou or Cain's? Because they are not killing anyone with them. If we are talking about illegal strikes and disobeying the referee then you will be in for some serious trouble.

    • @punitchoudhary652

    One trick is to raise only the big toe, and lower the other toes, this way you'll create some more tension in your foot which will make it easier to deal with the impact when hitting a side kick

    I don't throw the oblique kick except as a check because I have no desire to injure anyone seriously in what is a sport fight. Life or death yes, a competition, no. I am respectful of my opponent, if You want to get real go attack someone on the street.

    • @fighttips
      @fighttips  6 років тому

      I definitely discourage going out and starting street fights -- that's just thuggish. As for oblique kicks causing knee injuries: correct me if I'm wrong, but there are no recorded knee injuries caused by the oblique kick, right? I know rampage made a fuss about them after his fight with Jones, but he didnt suffer any serious injuries. Besides, punches to the head can cause brain trauma and concussions -- very permanent injuries. And the oblique kick is actually very easy to defend against, so I personally don't think it should be banned.

      I see barefoot running in most of the traditional workouts like in Shaolin, Karate, etc..
      I'd suggest you add some bucks and invest in a good shoe and kicking bag.
      Kick the bag with your barefoot to condition your giant feet or if you really want to be a tough MF, get a bag of sand, heat it and walk in it like a warrior.
      If you get injured, go see a Doctor and your stress will be gone!
      Happy Barefoot training!

      Consider the following when choosing: do you want to fight barehanded vs armed opponent (knife, gun, bat etc.) or do you want to fight barehanded vs. barehanded? If you choose the first one, I think krav maga and kali might help but if you want the barehanded, you'll have to consider whether you want to learn how to strike, grapple (judo and wrestling), clinch (muay thai), or fight on the ground (Brazilian jiu jitsu or Judo if the school focuses on ground fighting). If you want to strike, you'll have to consider whether you want to learn kicking (taekwondo), punching (boxing), knees, elbows, headbutts, or a mix of them (mma, kickboxing, muay thai, and burmese boxing and, Japanese jiu jitus, kyokushin karate). But you can always start with boxing if you're in doubt, it'll probably become useful no matter what you'll train after (if not, it's still useful in a street fight), and it's easier to find a good boxing gym than other martial arts gyms. And speaking of gyms, I cannot stress how important it is that you find the right gym/school that doesn't just want to take your money (Shane made a video of this). You should especially be aware of this if you want to start on an Asian martial art since there are lots of black belt factories out there.
