Actually in court she did without saying so in a lawsuit against her, they acknowledged that her program is all opinion, not fact. Case is there for all to read, Maddow vs OneAmerica. Sadly we don't live in a Republic anymore. If you look closely at what was changed after 1900 in the US, you'll see I'm correct. I'll warn you though, there is a lot to understand. I've been studying history/politics since the 1970s, and I didn't understand how really awful things were until I was well on in my understanding (say 15 or so years ago).

If that is the case, then they may have to pay her that amount for the number of years of her contract. If not, she could sue them. Either way, she will get a fair bit of money. I wouldn't feel too bad for NBC. They can afford it. LOL
