Great tutorial! So the helmet itself isn't painted white first? That's just the white of the ABS that we're seeing?

The helmets we make are ABS or PVC, to compliment the armour. The original screen stunt helmets were made of Polypropylene, a greenish material, which chips when painted. We’re doing a run of these now for our 10th Anniversary.

What kind of blue and grey paint type/color is being used for the stormtrooper chest buttons?

I hate Humbrol 5. It's a PITA to get an even coat with a brush.

Is it grey or blue on the helmet areas? And the cheeks is it blue little cived lines on each side? There seems to ne different clors like grey or grey blue another is haze grey. And unless you have a steady hand...masking is the other way which is very tiresome but a necessity for trembly hand like i have. 👍🇭🇲🦘🐨✌️
