A resignation is an absolute right and not a privilege. Meaning anybody can resign from his company as he wishes! But, before resigning please understand that you are bound to comply with your employment contract. There could be consequences when we resign early like being asked to pay and bear the expenses for our repatriation.
This is very sad, some employers are like this. However, you can still contest this provision by insisting your right. Should you wish to not continue during probation.
