  • We enjoyed a week of RV camping, cooking great BBQ and going out to some of the great restaurants in Port St. Joe. To continue on from our first video from this camp, we checked out the water side of the campground and pool area. We also did made some delicious BBQ a couple more evenings at the camp which included local grilled fish, beef short ribs and beef filet. Some of the restaurants included Indian Pass Raw Bar and Joe Momma's Woof Fired Kitchen. This is a great place to visit and enjoy in Florida's forgotten coast!

    Adam, the quality of your videos is incredible. The color, the clarity, the sound quality, and overall picture quality is one of the best on you tube in my opinion. One problem though. I don't recall hearing how the chocolate-cherry cake turned out.

    Ordered a camp stove today… I have propane tanks so maybe not have a day like today 😉. Some one hit a power pole and took out a large area. My generator (works perfectly every time I test it, never seems to when I need it!) of course refused to start. So I made coffee using my hand grinder and a torch. Thought you might be amused! Love your cooking!

    I enjoy watching your cooks. How long should I leave the briquettes in the tower before placing on top of lids?
    Also, the cute little white table Abby was working on, where can I buy that table?
    Thank you!

    • @AbomAdventures
      @AbomAdventures  2 роки тому +1

      I usually burn them in for about 10 minutes or so, shaking them around a few times for even heating. Once you see some white forming them they are ready. If you let them get fully covered in white ash they are hot but you've wasted some of the cooking time with them. The small white tables we bought at Academy.

    Oh boy. After just recovering from Norovirus 3 weeks ago (gotten from Subway) which sent me to the ER to get 1.5 bags of IV saline, I'll never eat raw oysters. 🙀 It's like playing Russian Roulette with raw filter feeding seafood. I never like seeing or knowing that people I care for got very sick with a miserable illness. Ugh. The devil begged to be allowed to create 2 things of his choosing. He made Norovirus, and then fiberglass. 😫😫😫
